Terms of Service

Last updated: April 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mint Invite's website and services at mintinvite.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Contact

For questions about these Terms: hello@mintinvite.com.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service on your own behalf. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction without parental consent).

Accounts and security

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@mintinvite.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service

Mint Invite provides tools to create hosted invitation pages, collect RSVPs, and related features. We may offer optional paid add-ons (for example, Premium Event or Host Pass as described on our pricing page). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable; we are not liable for changes that are immaterial or required for security, legal compliance, or reliability.

Features that help extract or suggest event details from text, images, PDFs, or URLs use automated processing (including third-party AI). Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting information before sharing invites with guests.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Without limitation, you must not:

  • Violate applicable law or infringe others' rights
  • Upload or distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service or other users
  • Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Service in violation of our technical measures or rate limits
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation, or send deceptive or unlawful communications through the Service
  • Collect personal information from guests beyond what is appropriate for your event or without a lawful basis where required
  • Use the Service to generate or distribute spam, hate speech, harassment, or sexually explicit content involving minors

We may investigate and suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the Service or other users.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). You grant Mint Invite a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, display, and distribute User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service (including sharing invite pages and RSVPs as you direct). You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

Public or link-shared invite pages may be viewed by anyone with the URL. You control what you publish and what you collect from guests. You are responsible for notices, consents, and compliance with privacy laws applicable to your use as a host or organizer.

Fees, billing, and taxes

Optional purchases are generally one-time charges processed by our payment processor. Premium Event unlocks premium features for a single event. Host Pass unlocks those features on all events in your account for one year from purchase (or from your existing Host Pass end date if you renew early). Prices and available features are described at checkout and on our pricing page; we may change prices for new purchases with reasonable notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless we state otherwise. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend paid features associated with that transaction.

Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once digital features are delivered or unlocked. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us within a reasonable time at hello@mintinvite.com.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, or AI providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content you access through links on invite pages.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Mint Invite and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT RSVPs OR NOTIFICATIONS WILL ALWAYS BE DELIVERED OR ACCURATE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINT INVITE AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Mint Invite and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.

Export and sanctions

You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from receiving U.S. exports or services, or if you are on a government denied-party list. You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.

General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mint Invite regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on this subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that if you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

Subject to non-waivable rights under your local law, you and Mint Invite agree that the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, USA (and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, as applicable) have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms are a practical draft. They are not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review them for your entity, governing law and venue, refund and consumer rules in markets you serve, and any industry-specific requirements.
